AI planning tools generate schedules and risk registers that feel comprehensive but often miss the real problems your team will face. When you rely on Copilot or ChatGPT to build your project foundation, you outsource the judgement that catches trouble early. This checklist helps you use AI as a tool without losing the situational awareness that makes you effective.
