Test competitor positioning outputs by manually reading what they actually say this week, then compare to what the AI said they say. The gap reveals whether the AI is finding real patterns or averaging away distinctiveness.
Create a monthly practice of making one brand decision based on your judgement alone, without checking the AI tool. Track what happens. This keeps your intuition sharp and shows you what the AI cannot see.
