Cognitive Sovereignty Self-Audit for Executive Coaches
This audit measures whether your coaching judgement remains your own or whether AI tools have become the first voice in your professional decisions. Your answers show where AI is supporting your intuition versus where it may be replacing it.
After you use any AI tool to prepare for or reflect on a session, write one sentence about what you would have noticed if you had stayed with your own thinking longer.
Ask your supervision partner or peer coach this question once a month: 'Where do you notice I might be outsourcing my judgement to a tool?' Your blind spots are where AI dependencies often hide.
Before each new client engagement, spend fifteen minutes writing what you genuinely want to understand about this person. Do this before you look at any assessment data or AI profile.
When a client brings you an AI-generated insight about themselves, ask them whether they believe it before you validate it. Their own sense of truth matters more than the tool's accuracy.
Track one month of your coaching practice without using any AI tools for preparation or reflection. Notice what your intuition tells you that you usually check against a framework. That is the judgement you are training.
